How to cultivate satisfaction
What makes you feel truly alive? Is it your relationships with family and friends? Does the completion of a satisfying project at work make you feel on top of the world? Or is it painting a picture, writing a song, or tending your orchids which gives you satisfaction? Aristotle said that happiness is an activity of the soul in accordance with virtue. How happy are you? How active is your soul?
